The Company

Our client are a leading customer service organisation that are looking to take on a number of new employees to support a rapid period of growth!

The role

This is a varied position where you will be dealing with a number of inquiries. This is a contact centre position dealing with both inbound and outbound calls. You will also be comfortable with providing support to customers over email. The contact centre is open between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning shift. As we are looking for both temporary and permanent staff we are open to people on working visa's that have no restrictions.

About you

We are looking for candidates that are easily adaptable and have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Ideally you will possess the following attributes:

  • customer focused
  • able to work under pressure
  • conduct challenging phone calls
  • positive & motivated
  • flexible with working hours between 8am & 8pm - Monday to Friday
  • unrestricted working rights (working holiday visa holders may apply)
  • happy making outbound & inbound calls
  • contact centre experience
