About the company

This business is a true innovator in their domain providing world leading services that benefit everyone across New Zealand. They are a communications giant with a fantastic pedigree who are now looking for a number of Integration Developers to join their Digital Services Team to help further enhance their already advanced, pioneering customer offerings and services.

The Role:

Working are part of a well organised, highly agile integrations team, you will develop integrated soultions, microservices and API’s mainly using Java, Apache Camel and Spring Boot.

You will work closely with Integration Architects and Technical Leads to agreed designs and development of solutions following best practice and standards. You will be working on interesting and challenging projects in accordance with the business road map and gaols, the business has fresh, Greenfield projects starting early next year.

Skills / Experience:

  • Strong Java development experience
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot and Apache Camel
  • Familiar working with microservices
  • Perform Unit Testing for all coding and then provide support to any Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing as deemed appropriate by the Team Lead.
  • A self-starter who is experienced working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outgoing personality who is super passionate about helping others and has an opinion
  • Polished communication / interpersonal skills
