We are currently working with a well established Government organisation to find a Passport Consular Manager based in Auckland CBD.
This organisation provides a range of services to the general public and is in search of someone exceptional who will supervise and manage a small team of staff who are responsible for delivering a high level and quality service.
This is a hands on role and in addition to managing a team some of the other duties will include:
  • processing of applications
  • conducting applicant interviews
  • reporting and statistics for annual reviews
  • perform notarial services

As a Passport Consular manager you could find yourself in some delicate situations so a calm head on your shoulders and the ability to work well under pressure is essential. You will be supporting and coaching your team so it you need to be the kind of individual who leads from the front and is not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

We are ideally looking for someone who:

  • has managed a small team previously
  • is experienced in a customer facing role
  • makes administration look easy and picks up new systems with ease
  • communicates effectively and confidently
  • displays initiative and exceptional time management skills
