We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate who's eager to hit the ground running to work for this telecommunications company in Auckland CBD, starting immediately for 3 months but potentially longer.

Key duties

  • Rostering and scheduling of client and contractors;
  • Attend to incoming calls in a professional and timely manner;
  • General ad hoc duties as required;
  • Data entry;
  • Provide administrative support including preparation and management of information in files;

What we require from you

  • Experience in administration/coordination;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment with a can do attitude;
  • Computer savvy and proficient with MS OFFICE;
  • Have valid work rights for New Zealand for at least 6 months;
  • Be available Immediately;
