When you work in this school your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting EYFS and room leads to set up exciting and innovative activities
- Working on whole group or 1-2-1 basis with children
- Supporting children to learn both inside and outside the classroom
1These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
- 2 recent professional references
- Experience with behaviours that are challenging
- A calm & caring personality
- A strong and resilient personality and be committed to pupils development
- Reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills
- Team Teach trained - or willing to attend training
