For an international company known for it's dredgers we are searching for two temporary fulltime colleagues for Kallo. You will have an interesting job with following tasks:

- You will be responsible for the operational execution of the end-to-end 'request-to-pay' process
- You will identify and understand the requirements and needs of the stakeholders
- You will maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal collaboration
- You will follow up on the performance of suppliers and discuss the results with them, internal stakeholders and category buyers
- You will provide customer service to the stakeholders by:
- handling user queries
- providing operational support
- assisting in local buys
- support procurement process compliance, ...

qualifications
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch & other languages is an asset
- You have a good knowledge of Ms Office Excel & Powerpoint, knowledgde of other softwares is an asset
- You have some knowledge of technical materials: different types of screw
- You are a teamplayer with a positive attitude, hands-on mentality and high levels of integrity
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have the motivation to work in a dynamic team
- Experience in the purchasing service is a plus but not a must!
