As a an Operations Director, you will
...
-Identify, develop, and manage key strategic supplier relationships
-Provide a single point of accountability for F&B technical and specialist support to the operation, on day to activity and project work
-Develop established operational process and integrating new concepts and best practice from outside the company
-Assess and monitor supplier quality and key performance indicators
-Directly responsible for the on-site assessment of supplier capabilities and relevant rate readiness assurance Orchestrate -the supplier performance evaluation process, determining and taking corrective action, as results require
Formulate and execute supply chain strategies to maintain supply, save cost, improve product quality and support product development
-Balance the time and resource needs of operational support and longer term product and service development to ensure the propositions’ quality is maintained and is constantly evolving
-Coach and develop the team in the principles and practices of product management and planning, and in their approach to delivering guest centric propositions, to meet the needs of the business with simple, commercially orientated processes
-Evaluates team members within department and delivers constructive feedback to employees in regards to performance
skills & experiences required.
-Degree holder from a recognisable university
-Min 15 years of experience in managing a sizable team across different departments, including engineering, supply chain & sourcing
-Candidates from F&B background are highly preferred
-Understand the importance of attention to detail and finesse when delivered through service and hospitality experiences
-Always putting the member and guest first while being adaptable to changing priorities
-Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills. Hands-on management skills that drive understanding and staff development through high quality, consistent feedback
-Extensive knowledge of market and related meeting industry
-Preparing and adhering to the F&B departmental budget
-Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
