Responsibilities:
Take a leading role to drive continuous improvements, drive OPA and ELSS
projects,manage the manufacturing process,support plant I4.0 strategic
planning.
1.Understand the manufacturing process management system and process

technology standards, continue to optimize and improve the management of the
manufacturing process, to solve the process problems in the actual production
process;
2.Facilitate development and deployment of Lean/Six Sigma strategies,
resulting in implementation plans with SMART goals that are linked to business
strategy and profit ;
3.Drive and lead continuous improvements, manage CI procedures effectively in
the order fulfillment process within a plant with knowledge and skills
necessary;
4.Optimize cost management for developing and implementing effective training
plans and KAIZEN project for all levels of the organization that help develop
and sustain a continuous improvement culture;
5.Integrate the requirements of all these EBS elements / tools with the
processes for deploying ELSS, reviewing progress and sustaining the benefits.
Assessment participation and follow up EBS Elements / Tools closely related to
ELSS: EQS(Eaton Quality System), PROLaunch(Eaton New Product Development
Process), EHS and MESH, Materials Management, Strategic and Annual Plans, EBS
Pull, OpA, etc;
6.Suppor plant I4.0 strategic planning and promote the implementation of
smart manufacturing for plant operations;
7.Collect the CI related EHS and track the progress.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 8 years minimum of experience in lean manufacturing, etc.
3. 5 years’ experience managing people
projects,manage the manufacturing process,support plant I4.0 strategic
planning.
