Responsibilities
- Support in the dispatch department
- Using the softwares: Loadlink, DAT and Unicom
- Processing ACI / ACE paperwork
- Customer Service
- Dispatching Trucks
- Maintain positive relations with carriers
- Support with cross-border clearances
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in transport industry in Flatbeds / Cross-border
- Customer service oriented
- Team player
- Positive attitudes
- Organizational skills
