Coordinate and supervise all payroll functions
Collaborate with team leaders and human resources team to ensure efficient operations
Ensure compliance with local labor standards and regulations
Manage payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality
Contribute to continuous improvement processes

Verifiable experience of 4 to 5 years as a payroll manager
Thorough knowledge of Quebec labor legislation and standards
Mastery of Maestro or CCQ software (CCQ is an asset)
Proven team management and problem-solving skills
