your tasks

  • Contact with the customers and internal employees in the language of the market (Spanish, French or German) and in English
  • Solving problems regarding hardware and software by email and phone

what we expect

  • Fluent in English (min. B2/C1)
  • Fluent in Spanish or French or German (min. B2/C1)
  • Experience in IT environment or master degree in IT will be an advantages
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP (is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
