your tasks

Effective Continuous Improvement provision through the lead the delivery and expansion of the CI deployment in the organization beyond the existing scope, delivering value to the bottom line, growing capability and CI culturetraining, educating and supporting of the business using best in class technology, practices and governance, to meet both business as usual and project requirements. 

  • integrate CI improvement plans with key stakeholders’ strategic priorities
  • help drive process performance improvement (efficiency, effectiveness, compliance) through a rigorous application of the appropriate methodology including Lean Sigma in line with strategic objectives
  • lead complex Continuous Improvement projects prioritized by the organization, from scoping to delivery. Deliver robust coaching support to frontline staff, frontline team leaders and managers with the goal of delivering value to the business while building CI capability within the organization
  • monitor and track value delivery benefits in line with function/business priorities. Deliver training on CI methodology including awareness for senior stakeholders
  • participating in projects roll outs, training & supporting in new process improvements
  • identifying Key Performance Indicators and support them to increase the performance
  • developing improvement strategies and tactics
  • building awareness and usage of Quality tools and methodologies by employees


  • at least 2 years of direct CI experience with Lean and Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma BB or GB certification required
  • education - BSc. degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • fluent oral and written English skills
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply CI concepts in a practical and pragmatic manner
  • change Management and Project Management expertise. Experience with digital technologies, tools and frameworks
  • demonstrated strong analytical, interpretive and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex information and prepare concise, compelling presentations
  • demonstrated strong training and workshop facilitation skills
  • ability to work independently and to plan as well as organise and set priorities when performing work. Demonstrated strong practitioner and leadership coaching skills
  • ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Customers (internal) in order to understand their needs
  • self-motivated and proactive individual with demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority
