your tasks

  • responsibility for the establishment of the Shared Service Center for the HR function in close collaboration with the heads of HR
  • participation in the transfer of HR processes to the European SSC and ensuring that the transferred processes run without problems
  • participation in the continuous further development and optimization of the transferred HR processes with regard to process efficiency and quality orientation
  • representing the company within the Group and towards external parties in close collaboration with the Managing Director
  • ensuring efficiency and high quality in the implementation of personnel processes within the Shared Service Center.
  • solid-line and dotted-line management of assigned employees.
  • legally compliant organization of the transferred procedures and processes within the HR function and ensuring problem-free operation, including continuous documentation of the procedures and content.
  • further development and configuration of the HR function within the European Shared Service Center with regard to quality orientation, optimization, and efficiency in collaboration


  • university degree (diploma, master’s degree) in human resource management
  • several years of experience in the solid and dotted-line management of employees and particularly in collaborating within matrix organizations, especially in SSC/BPO industry
  • very good knowledge of German and English
  • experience in the planning and implementation of recruiting measures and projects
  • detailed knowledge of business administration, particularly in the fields of HR and organization
  • ability to convey and pass on specialist knowledge as a matter of routine.
  • well-developed ability to think and act with the company in mind.
  • analytical capabilities, ability to work under pressure, team player, assertiveness, structured problem-solving expertise, and the flexibility required to familiarize himself/herself with new topics at short notice
