Together with our client - new Shared Service Center,  worldwide leading manufacturer of automotive technology,  we are looking for HR manager for Training Administration & Recruiting field.

your tasks

  • Expansion, management and ongoing development of the recruiting and training administration team within the Shared Service
  • Center (SSC)
  • Supporting of HR projects as well as independently performing process analysis
  • Maintenance of recruiting and training process including optimization and improvement regarding efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring defined quality standards of SSC processes in recruiting and training administration
  • Interface and alingement with global process owners


  • Degree in business field or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Expert knowledge of HR processes handled in SSC organization, especially on recruiting and training administration
  • Fluent English and good German language skills
  • Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
  • Knowledge of SAP HR and MS Office applications as well as project management
  • Organizational talent and thinking outside the box
  • Strong skills on communication, conflict management and assertiveness
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure as well as structured problem-solving competences
  • Teamplayer
  • Travel willingness
