For our Client located in Łódź we are currently looking for an experienced team leader in the area of Customer Service/Logistic/ Procurement with German.

your tasks

  • Managing an operational team for fulfilling customer orders
  • Managing of delivery crisis and escalation in own area of responsibility
  • Decision maker regarding escalation of customer orders in own area of responsibility
  • First point of contact for sales in all customer order related topics regarding own area of responsibility
  • Responsible for target settings and fulfilment to employees; supervises performance processes
  • Proactively working with Sales in case of Supply Chain challenges
  • Reacts promptly to urgent topics from countries/customer/internals 
  • Sets and follows up on KPIs, agree on corrective measures in case of deviation (to Sales)
  • Process improvement


  • Good knowledge of German and English is a must
  • 2-3 years’ experience in team management in the area of Customer Service/ Procurement/ Purchasing
  • Logistics/Supply Chain knowledge and prior experience in operations and development projects
  • Excellent communictaion skills
  • Experience of working in complex matrix business environments with several stakeholders and virtual teams
