As an Operations Manager you will be dedicated person to manage a production plant with full responsibility for the daily operation of all departments. Run day-to-day activities, translate group strategy into detailed plans, actions and targets in order to realise bottom line performance

your tasks

  • Lead, control and coordinate day-to-day activities of the plant
  • Being responsible for on time deliveries, quality and cost on all levels
  • Responsible for the P&L and financial results of the plant
  • Manage and coordinate subordinate departments inside plant
  • Review operation performance and take appropriate action when needed
  • Develop and execute plant budget and strategy for underling departments
  • Lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate team
  • Represent organization within all areas, support sales activities and sales team, report to the president of the board
  • Ensuring all plant's activity complies with Health & Safety legislation; maintain and support H&S activities
  • Analysing challenging situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth

what we expect

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience managerial position (sales, production or related)
  • Experience in developing strategies and business plans
  • Experience level minimum 5 /10 years in equal position
  • MT experience
  • Knowledge of methodologies and trends in managing production processes
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must
  • MS office skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem - solving abilities
