your tasks

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them 
  • answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and providing basic information when needed
  • maintain security by following procedures (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • conference room & office supply management
  • order food and beverage for business meetings when required
  • ensure reception and kitchen area are maintained safe and clean
  • be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
  • perform other administrative and organizational duties (organize events, book flights, etc.)
  • support facility management in daily duties (1st level support, mobilize and accompany contractors, update FM software data, assist with reports, emergency response plan)


  • master’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred in administration)
  • strong interpersonal skills, great communication skills and high commitment
  • fluent English (speaken and written)
  • min. 1 year of experience in similar position (experience in a corporate environment needed)
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • “can-do” attitude and flexibility while facing daily challenges
  • ability to work independently and under pressure as well as structured problem-solving competences
