your tasks

  •  telephone acceptance for mailfunction message and their documentation, categorization and prioritization
  • support of User in case of hardware and software environment by providing solutions (1st-and 2nd-Level Support) by phone, mail or remote
  • collaboration in various projects
  • user management and application support
  • further development and maintenance of the knowledge database


  • complete professional education in IT scope
  • experience in the IT scope
  • good skills in MS Windows + Office, Lotus Notes and SAP
  • ITIL Knowledge is necessary
  • customer and service orientation is necessary
  • teamwork, strong communication skill and flexibility
  • German fluent in spoken and written and good English skills
