your tasks

  • produces and analyses management reports to allocate work and report on trends

responsibilities

  • very good German and communicative English
  • proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • decision-making skills
  • strong coordination skills to work activity for self and others
  • excellent proven customer service skills
  • excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
