Our client is a multinational company in the energy sector and is looking for a Administrative & Finance Leader (m/f).

This professional will integrate the Accounting Department and will be responsible for the accounting of a group of companies, namely:
- Coordinate of a team of accountants;
- Manage the accounting system security, as the creation of new legal entitys;
- Manage specific technical operations, as liquidation or merge of company, tax optimization, knowledge of equity’s operation;
- Control Inter-companies flows on a monthly basis;
- Check the monthly bank reconciliation (prepared by the treasurer);
- Manage monthly payroll entries;
- Prepare and load the tax declaration: VAT, Income Tax, Local Tax (CVAE, CET);
- Prepare the annual accounts for all the legal entities of the country in both local and group GAAP;
- Book the closing entries and set-up the closing files for the auditors;
- Ensure correct upload and check of the consolidated accounts;
- Prepare the Annual General Assembly for the following decisions: approval of the yearly financial statements, change of the auditors.



- Academic Degree in Business Accounting;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Accounting Responsible;
- Experience in Tax Management;
- Fluent in English is mandatory;
- Experience with SAP (preferable);
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good leadership skills;
- Time-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
