Our client is a multinational company and is looking for a Finance Shared Services Center Coordinator (m/f).

This professional will be responsible for coordinating the Finance SSC; determine center practices and standardize processes to increase efficiency and savings; et-up the appropriate based with an internal teams and a network of external consultant; produce financial statement of several legal entities; monitoring performance against KPI's; ensure compliance with internal controls; ensure the internal or external audit requirements; coordinate Account Payable, Account receivable, General Ledger in both local and IFRS norms, taxes; coordinate with Treasury and Preparation of payment files; manage core finance transactional process - Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report; research and implement cost-effective solutions for center sustainability; manage of the ERP and manage of an international team.



- Academic Degree in Economics, Management or related areas;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (experience in the creation of a SSC is a plus);
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance;
- Strong experience in managing teams;
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting, with deep understanding of IFRS norms;
-Experience of implementing and driving forward continuous improvement processes;
- Fluent in English is mandatory;
- Good knowledge in French (preferable);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Methodic and ability to make decisions.
