Our client is looking for an HR Administrator for shared services of HR.

Main Responsibilities:
• Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration base on shared service scope
• Administrative integration procedure (new hiring, transfers, termination of contracts);
• Data maintenance and assistant of performance management works according to standard procedure
• Assistant of supplier and vendor management (Mgmt of Invoices and contracts)
• providing direct support to WEU 9 countries in requests and clarifications concerning HR topics (email and phone) with related shared services;
• Support of Payroll related tasks
• Preparation of reports, help on monthly climate activities etc.

- Salary - 1100€
- Location: Lisbon
- Temporary Work Contract.


• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human resources, Social Science or similar (preferable)
• Fluent English - mandatory – both in written and spoken; Chinese would be a big plus
• Minimum 1-2 years HR experience
• Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
• Team Player, with strong customer focus, results & quality orientation;
• Reliable, proactive, organized, with autonomy and strong communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment;
• Willing to learn and grow
