Randstad Professionals is a specialized recruitment company for middle and top management positions.

Our client is Faurecia Shared Service Center and we are looking for a Sales Administrator team leader - German (m/f) for the Porto Sul area.

- Placing open orders, closed orders and cancelling orders (for parts, transport, D&D) for external customer for all Europe plants and internal customers;
- Updating Customer & intercompany prices;
-Making a data base with all orders presented in case of customer audit;
-Checking of all retro billings made by the customer;
-Analysis of Sales BI-Reports (Price differences) provided by Plants Creation of Scheduling Agreements;
-Maintanance of Material Master Data & creation of Material Info record;
-Suppliers declaration (definition of origin of parts);
-Filling of Tool Tracking Sheets in Coordination with Sales Admin;
-Monthly Reporting in Coordination with Sales;
-Support of Sales Administration upon request.



- Educated to degree level or have related work experience;
- 3-5 years experiance in Sales activity;
-Minimum 2 years experience in SAP, SD (Sales & Distribution) module;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-Administration skills;
-Ability to work in an organised fashion, often under pressure;
-Excellent time management, anticipation and prioritisation skills;
-Languages: German (mandatory); English (preferable).

-Wage conditions according to the professional's experience.
