By working within this innovative and dynamic company in Quebec as a Technical Expert/Product Specialist, you'll have the chance to combine both. You'll become the go-to technical reference for your clients, responsible for guiding them through troubleshooting, providing training, and ensuring product utilization is optimized.

Responsibilities
- Addressing customer needs in terms of diagnosis, training, troubleshooting, or any other expertise required.
- Developing the technical content necessary for the production of tools used by the customer experience department (manuals, procedures, parts lists, training, and digital tools).
- Traveling to train and support our service partners.
- Supervising and managing the fleet through a cloud platform.
- Investigating recurring technical issues in partnership with all departments of the company (R&D, operations, quality...).
Qualifications
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial, etc.).
- Valid passport and visa for travel within North America.
- Interest in customer service.
- Intrapreneurial mindset.
