Responsibilities
Tasks and responsibilities of the Production Supervisor.
Coordinate the daily tasks of your team members.
Plan and manage storage spaces and inventory
Carry out human resources management activities.
Train, mobilize and support team members.
Validate the quality of the work and correct any discrepancies if necessary.
Hold the team accountable for the decisions they make.
Participate in improving internal processes.
Participate, with management, in the development of strategies.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Work with the planning team.
Qualifications
What skills you need to have for the role of Production Supervisor
relevant experience in management and/or supervision of personnel in a manufacturing environment
*Asset* Knowledge of the metallurgy industry (machining, cutting, etc.)
Knowledge of the Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Essential* Bilingualism because the company's management is outside the province.
Know health and safety, quality, productivity and inventory processes
Computer skills
Ability to take responsibility and lead by example.
Recognized leadership
