Responsibilities
- Conduct market screen for excellent sources of capex purchases.
- Prepare Request for Information/ Proposal/ Quotation (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs,).
- Prepare and revise offers for commercial and technical details and comparisons.
- Manage purchase agreements focusing on quality, price, terms, delivery and services provided.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning and execution.
- Administer purchase processes from Requisition to Pay (SAP/SRM systems).
- Build strong relations with existing and new suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business or Logistics, or in related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in capital purchasing and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Capable in using MS Office and SAP systems.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think analytically and take decisions.
- Team focused, collaborative attitude, high ethics and integrity.
