about the job
- Be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our organization.
- Work closely with the Project Director on projects
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for our projects, from initiation to completion
- Manage various contractors to deliver the projects including but not limited to mitigating any project risks, monitoring project progress, quality, and cost control
- Monitor the execution of the works by ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved
- Do paperwork and follow up on store construction
job requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management role, have worked with vendors
- Preferably experienced in the F&B/retail industry
- Knowledge in AutoCAD would be highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
