Pozíció leírása / Job description- Detects the market needs and opportunities based on customers’ demands, benchmark studies, market analysis and regional strategy
- Proposes new products development/markets portfolio adaptation according to identified needs of customers
- Coordinates regional projects
- Proposes technical / sales argumentation tools and techniques
- Promotes and demonstrates new products at customers (internal, external) via technical demonstrations, seminars
- Follows new products performance
- University degree in Food Engineering/Biochemistry/Biotechnology
- 3+ years in similar position (Customer service / Food Ingredients)
- Knowledge of formation baking, baking process and technology
- Project management and product development knowledge
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel frequently in the region
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Creativity and open minded
