Prepares regular information reports about the channel and competition and presents them to the senior management at specified times.
Receives Agency/Customer complaints; resolves those within its own responsibility and authority or delegates it to related parties and follows up.
It carries out sales forecasting and budget studies within the determined format and standard.
Active support to partner sales teams for usage of company tools and reports.
