A forward thinking organisation is seeking a highly experienced Manager to lead the Remuneration & Benefits team. As a leader in their field with over a century of expertise, they are focused on continuing to support and reward their most valued assets- Their People
As subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and process improvement, as well as providing advice and evaluating the current reward framework you will pride yourself on your strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the reward function, Including pay structures, job evaluations market trends etc
- Conduct analyses of current compensation practices, including salary bench-marking, incentive structures, and benefits packages to ensure current remuneration practices are competitive in the market
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving pay equity across the organisation
- Provide recommendations for improving compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Present finding and influence senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Experience managing and maintaining a remuneration framework
- Working knowledge of job evaluation methodology
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations
- Solutions focused
- Solid background in developing and delivering Reward programs within medium to large organisation
- Understanding EBA arrangements and requirements
