Customer Support/Call Center

Job description

- Offer customer support for a client that is leader in the global editorial market via phone and e-mail;
- Follow the company's procedures and regulations;
- Follow documentation standards;
- Be client-orientated, calm and manage different types of situations;
- Record situations in a ticketing system;
- Receiving requests that may be either pre-order assistance (product information, delivery taxes), or after-order assistance (wrong orders, defects in defective products or poor delivery, extra costs).


- Fluent in Italian, a level of C1;
- Proactive in solving day to day issues;
- Able to pick up new tasks quickly;
- Good in communication and development skills;
