We are looking for Complaints Investigators to join a global medical device and healthcare leader based in Witney.We're looking for people to investigate why a product has been returned. This isn't a customer service role so don't worry, you won't be picking up the phone to people who want to complain! You'll be using our computer systems to find out the root cause of a problem. You do not need experience and full training will be given; just good IT and communication skills, and to be able to follow procedure. The right candidates can come from a wide variety of backgrounds so don't hesitate to apply!Pay Rate:- £10.26 per hour (with a £4000p/y comparator rate)Hours:- Monday to Friday, 12am - 8am. This is an ongoing position.
