    Marketing Technology Analytics, International The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to use your technical expertise to collaborate with marketing,eCommerce and technology colleagues use data to drive insights and enhance our analytics capabilities. There are a number of data sources which are currently untapped but could help us drive better, faster analysis to drive business decisions.You will start by building simple models and reports before then moving on to more advanced tools and capabilities by partnering with Marketing users to understand where Analytics could help the drive better decision making. Responsibilities: This role will lead the Analytics agenda for the growing International Marketing team. The position holder will need to establish a process to reconfirm management's intelligence and analytics needs. This includes gathering & analyzing business needs, developing strategy & plans and implementing projects to support desired outcomes. The right candidate will be an agent for change, willing to challenge the way in which we do things The role requires the understanding of our business and the ability to build out analytics capabilities to build insightThe role will ensure that new ideas (the innovation pipeline) to accelerate our growth and decision making abilities are explored and tested to ensure we can prioritize the best ideas. These will then be developed and implemented with our third party providers to ensure that we are delivering at speed and at scale.The platform we have built already has business critical capability and reporting which supports key business processes. This role will be responsible for operational excellence and coordination with Global IT to improve and enhance the platformThe successful candidate will work closely with the IT leads across to ensure that the regions requirements (often tactical in nature) are being met as well as the functions requirements. There is a need to take an International approach but to tailor to local requirements where essentialWorking with the Global Analytics team and our Centre of Excellence to align the approach and reapply best practicesWork with capability owners to ensure Analytics is a part of their solution and not an afterthought. Be a driver for change in the organization and the way in which we use AnalyticsUnderstanding the difference between reporting and analytics and how to progress from the former to the latterAct as second level escalation point for business users and stakeholders for Analytics services Desired Skills:2-5 years experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consultingExcels in bridging the gaps between business and technologyFMCG experience Understanding of data integration and API methodologies and toolsExcellent written & verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English where this is not a native languageExcellent presentation skillsProven ability to complete projects & deliver results in an ambiguous, fast paced work environmentProven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies and track/measure resultsProven ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectationsProven consensus building abilitiesAn ability to work effectively in a global-matrix organization is essentialWorking knowledge of on-shore and off-shore application support management
