This role is responsible for running & growing their business by:Managing the P&L for their branchLeading & coaching a high performing team of leaders and specialists to realise our ambition of delighting customers and earning all of their business.Developing & delivering on a business plan & marketing plan for their local areaBuilding up a positive high profile in the local community, actively promoting the bank and developing strong relationships with key members of the local community to develop a strong referral baseDelivering a seamless, sales & service experience for customers in the local areaContributing to the achievement of key balanced scorecard outcomes for the overall business segment and for the discrete business units they manage.Leading & operating the business to deliver profit expectations through the achievement of revenue, expense, employee & customer advocacy targetsDeveloping and executing a business plan that leverages the market opportunity predominately across the affluent customer segment Collaborating with business partners (Wealth & Premium) to maximise opportunities to deliver an integrated offering Implement and drive a service culture that consistently drives a superior customer experience by asking our customers for all of their business.
