The role will be to support learners aged 16 to 25 years who have ASD/SEMH. The young people are fantastic and love life but sometimes the role can be challenging due to the nature of their needs. Your role will be to be supportive and have the ability to assist the young people in their education and day to day activities using fun and creative methods. You will be required to provide support to our children with their learning and care whilst in school and other settings. The successful applicant will offer a tailored approach to individual children, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment.
