    An exciting vacancy has become available to join an established and highly regarded company in its market on a 9 month FTC.Within this position you will be involved in the attraction of early career individuals to the company into graduate and apprenticeship roles.You will be responsible for:Organising and running assessment centresLiaising with external bodies (Schools, Collages, University's) to attract interest in careers with the company Bringing new and innovative ideas to improve the marketing strategy to drive forward the early careers objectiveSupport the development of future talentTo be successful in this role:It is essential that you have previous experience with high volume Graduate and Apprenticeship recruitment and have a strong understanding of the process's involvedPrevious experience running a high volume of assessment centres is also essential Experience organising talks/events with education sectorsHave previously worked with training providers and have ability to build relationships with key contactsThis is a full time remove opportunity with some travel required for fulfilment of the role such as attending in person assessment centres.
