    IT Asset & Procurement CoordinatorMy market leading client is looking to recruit an experienced Asset & Procurement Analyst to support the Asset Management and Procurement Team. The objective of this role is to provide procurement support to the team to allow them to repsond to IT procurement requests abd assist in the shipments of IT assets.Tasks will include Managing all IT Procurement requests from order to invoice, ensuring that all procedures are followedOrdering of all hardware and software from 3rd party vendorsEnsuring GRN of the POs is actioned timely to allow Finance to process paymentsProcessing of mobiles requests dailyProcessing returned kit from leavers or engineers from sites, ensuring all asset movements in ServiceNow are completed and ensuring all kit is stored or handed to the engineers according to guidelinesShipping of kit from the office where requiredWorking in line with agreed Service Levels / KPi'sEssential experienceAbility to follow documented policy and processesUsed to working on IT procurementAware of the procurement invoicing and recharging cycleAbility to handle manual work whilst in the office for shipments and returns Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with focus on ExcelAbility to work with 3rd party service providersAbility to manage time effectively and to prioritise calls where appropriate Effective written and oral skillsIf this sounds like a good match for your skills get in touch ASAP to find out more.Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
