    Job Title: Project Engineer - Execution (On-Contract)Job Family: EngineeringLocation: PunePRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)Work closely in a cross-functional team with different stakeholders (Internal/External) and will be a part of the project execution team for establishing the complete lab set-upUtilize Project Management profession skills to enhance the quality deliverables on timeCommunicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forwardShould be able to identify the risks, critical path, and other issues in advance with mitigation plansEnsuring and highlighting the project time and budget within the agreed limits regularly to the project stakeholdersDocumentation and working with key agreements, offers, technical documents, drawings, BOQ, instrumentation list, etc. and other important project documents throughout the projectWork with various delivery team to ensure that all relevant teams within SPXFLOW and third-party agencies/sub-contractors are engaged during implementationShall be working closely with core team for Design lab and the suppliers/vendorsLiaising with clients and writing up reports to present to shareholders and other relevant parties.Closely co-ordinate with vendors and understand the specifications and implement in the P&ID and layout, inspection at site/supplier, monitoring the progress. Escalate risk to Quality and Ontime deliveryUnderstand spec., Drawings and review supplier drawings, Quality check at supplier during execution for Tanks, piping Fabrication, Skids, Instruments, Electrical panels Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION​​​​​Effective communication with the team in English and regional languagesBE/ Diploma – Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Automobile with Experience with project management. Should have result orientated experience in the engineering field with minimum 5+ years of experience.Experience in working projects on medium to large projects in the Food and process, Dairy industry involving Skids, piping, instrumentation, Installation and commissioning type of projects Proven project management skill and an ability to navigate fast paced and rapidly evolving environments, knowledge of the PMI Process groups, Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closingExperience in handling Tank manufacturing with the suppliers, preferred understanding on the ASME Sec VIII Div-1 for high pressure vessels requirements.Experienced vendor interaction, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, Quality check at vendor location. Knowledge of quality requirements in F & B piping and fabrication.Good and effective verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language (verbal) Prepared to work from SPXFLOW office, work from Home. Travel to various vendor’s sites Readiness to perform physical activity like testing, assembly, and disassembly. Capable of lifting 10Kg.
