As a sales assistant:
-Strengthen relationships with established customers while building new relationships.
-Answer phone calls, incoming emails from customers
Resolve customer issues related to due dates, reporting, pricing, invoices, scheduling, etc.
Manage customer orders in the system until delivery
Manage customer and/or potential customer meetings for the account manager
Generate and qualify leads by placing outbound calls to qualified prospects
Data entry and maintenance of product search lists...
Work in collaboration with the marketing department for quotes, projects...
Participation in science fairs when applicable
Qualifications:
Bilingual: French and English must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of the Ms Office Suite
Good communication and interpersonal relations
Ability to prioritize work tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
