Role & Responsibility1) Leading three functional teams, sales team, sales support and aftermarket team, and operationally motivate staff into achieving budget of revenue, order booking, sales margin and EBITDA, keeping expense, purchase, inventory, account receivable under control. Various action plans including recovery plan, should be set up for counteraction.Mid term business expansion strategy also should be set up and propose North Asia management how to expand business inclusive of human resource matter.1 Set up strategic actions or tactics for mid-term, or next yearly business expansion2 Motivate staff into getting accelerated with AP local product sales3 Propose action plan as well as submit revenue, order booking forecast weekly base and quartery base.4 On biweekly base set up teams meeting, Sales, AFT and Sales support with respective team.5 Approval of operational expenses & cost of sales6 Quartery Inventory forecast7 Support for staff when a certain member get involved in trouble8 Coach staff into motivating the performance of goal when necessary9 Player as account manager for screw compressor10 Set Target figures for incentive bonus.11 Performance goal and perfromance result review

1) Experience of leading organization more than 7 staff.
2) Experience in sales group more than 20 years.
3) Market and product knowledge about vacuum pump, blower
4) Produict knowledge about screw compressor
5) Knowledge about general terms & conditions, Incoterms, and export compliance
6) Language: Native level about Japanese, and Business level about English
