Randstad MENA is seeking experienced Strategic Alliances Manager on behalf of a major client to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

  • The role holder is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strong strategic partnerships for us in order to enhance revenues and profitability on a sustained basis.

  • The role holder is also responsible for ensuring effective management of partnerships with external vendors throughout the project life cycle, optimizing current processes and leveraging existing relationships for the benefit according to the policies and procedures followed within our company.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop Strategic Alliances Department strategy in line with Corporate Affairs Divisional strategy to support in the achievement of Divisional objectives.

  • Monitor the financial performance of the Strategic Alliances Department against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon

  • Manage the execution and delivery of internal project by planning, organizing, overseeing of various project activities to ensure meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality)

  • Identify new potential business opportunities and identify and finalize business deals in order to generate the desired commercial benefit and competitive advantage for the company.

  • Define partnership needs based on the company's marketing strategy, Divisional requirements, established standards and best practices.

  • Analyze the the company's current partnership portfolio, identifies potential partners and secures requested partnerships based on the the company's strategy and short- and long-term vision.

  • Build and retain key client relationships and manage effective engagement of partners across all phases of the project's life cycle and ensure that all their queries are effectively addressed

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics with preferably an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a recognized business school

  • 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in a in Partnerships Management, including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial
