job description

Drive the Laboratory Change Mangement process and develop appropriate strategies to allow labs autonomy with the tool and PMI knowledge with the process, in order to meet business needs. Provide consultation to multiples areas of the organization on the RRP Lab monitoring & RRP readiness dashboard and key indicators.

  • Lead the Laboratory Change Management Process by managing and coordinating the laboratory change requests escalated to central function including the follow-up at various sites.
  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Laboratory Change Management corporate quality documents and processes including trainings of the local change coordinators and QA representatives to increase autonomy with the tool and knowledge with the process.
  • Act as deputy of the lab governance team for all committees and worshops related to change management within PMI.
  • Design, enhance and manage team / reporting dashboards belonging to Lab monitoring & RRP readiness such as labs monitoring results and KPIs which includes providing data for management reviews (Lab Change Requests)
  • Follow up with stakeholders to have updated indicators (Lab Foot Prints both for RRPs and CC portfolios, Lab Testing equipments, Analytical Methods Transfers, etc.)
  • Map the various data sources for comprehensive reports, build mock-up for Lab monitoring & RRP readiness team then consult key stakeholders to derive value for existing data and contribute to the development of improved data collection and visualization tools.
  • Understand and support data extraction strategy with a specific focus on RRP products and lab processes.
  • Liaise with cross-functional streams inside PMI (Quality Process Integration, IT) to identify improvements for our existing reporting infrastructure and investigate new analytics capabilities."

qualification

  • Engineering or Science Degree or Equivalent skills through demonstrated experience
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in tobacco industry or in a multinational environment
  • Good command of English is a must
