Our client a Healthcare Company is looking for a

Brand Manager, Global Marketing

Job Description:

You as a brand manager, experienced marketing professional and brand strategist will play a key role in progressing the commercialization in Europe and the rest of the world. And you will liaise closely with cross-functional partners on the product development and launch team to develop and execute the launch plan at a country and local level based on aligned global strategy. You will also partner closely with the VP marketing to plan and develop materials and events designed to enhance the visibility and credibility. You will be charged with monitoring the progress of the launch and collaborating with the launch team to identify lessons learned and a concrete optimization plan that can be transferred and adapted to subsequent launch markets. As a co-owner of brand strategy and customer experiences, you as the brand manager will steward both by playing a leading role in the training of new employees. The individual will be successful in this role will be able to leverage his/her medical technology experience without being constrained by it. You will recognize that this role offers the unique opportunity to shape the patient care paradigm for the most prevalent bone health disease while operating within a maturing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

  • Development and trans-creation of marketing materials and of local and regional launch plans

  • Digital content planning and management

  • Commercial lead for sales analytics and sales operations

  • Supporting training team in execution of product/procedure training

  • Leading commercial events planning and execution, including conferences

  • Supporting all publication, podium, and event strategy and execution

  • Supporting KOL engagement planning and execution with medical affairs

  • Assessing and accelerating patient recruitment for clinical trials

  • Lead key market research and voice-of-customer projects

  • Management of marketing budget and of repository of marketing materials

  • Facilitating claims substantiation and copy approval

  • Packaging/labeling development

  • Annual brand marketing plans



  • University degree

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred

  • Five years of experience in healthcare marketing

  • Strong record of leading complex, cross-functional projects

  • New product launch experience preferred

  • Strong English skills (spoken and written)
