For a temporary assignment in the Sales Department of our client, the company Philip Morris SA, based in Zurich, we are seeking for a:


Consumer Engagement Lead 100%

Long-term temporary assignment

  • Act within the 3rd Party Team as the planner, coordinator and consolidator of all Consumer Engagement activities across PMSA brands.

  • Deal with incoming customer enquiries within PMSA & external customers (Agencies)

  • Support the Field Force with general operations & definition of processes to help reach the objectives.

  • Taking phone calls from our internal & external customers.

  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

  • Creation of planning templates, summarize and sharing with all stakeholders

  • Ensure timely deliveries of different tasks in order to respect the contracts/agreements.

  • Monitor and execute the Consumer Engagement department budget in agreement with the manager of the department.

  • Controlling & processing invoices for all regions

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


  • Minimum Commercial Education or similar education

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Sales position in a Costumer Care environment is an asset  

  • Fluent in English (C2) and German (French is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)

  • High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

  • Strong communication skills

  • Customer oriented

  • Attention to details
