On the behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join a dynamic company based in Geneva providing Saas solutions

 

The role

 

As member of the technical team, you will be responsible for driving the company solutions integration in partnership with an international portfolio of clients.

 

You will also act as Presales and work in collaboration with Sales teams to define tailored solutions and prepare customers environments for future integration.  

 

In close relation with R&D, you will bring your technical expertise in Office 365 and messaging systems to compose technical answers to offerings.

 

You will be in charge of supporting your customers from solution design to daily operations by offering the best quality of technical support and services. 

 

Your Profile

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role: Presales or Integration engineer

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies

  • Experience with Saas technologies

  • Very good business skills: client facing, pricing, bid management, proof of concept, customer support 

  • English: Fluent

  • French or German: an advantage
