Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Philip Morris International / Philip Morris SA, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a :

GS Business Integrity Administrator

for a temporary long-term assignment at 50% (days are flexible)

Start date: as soon as possible


Specifically you will:

  • Review together with GS (General Services) Organization Units their business requirements in order to establish the appropriate P2P (Purchase to Pay) approach for their concerned activities and ensure GS Org Units are applying the Procurement policies and implement any corrective measure where/when appropriate.
  • Manage invoicing payment flows. Liaise with suppliers for any correction or other action
  • Ensuring a smooth and unified information flow and making sure any process change, training need or supplier adjustment is made on the supplier’s side
  • Assess all flows generated by GS Org Units and implement any improvement/corrective measure that will further optimize handling of P2P
  • Meet regularly with business in order to stay up-to-date and gain business expertise required to manage properly and efficiently GS P2P
  • Ensure that specific milestones for GS are met and achieved
  • Handle all PMI GS, Finance and Procurement systems in order to ensure data accuracy and precision
  • Liaise with PMI Finance Krakow (P2P, VMD) to process any correction or business change that has impact on data already stored in systems
  • Liaise with GS Planning and Contracts Executives to ensure prompt follow-up of budget spend and status

qualification

  • Diploma in business administration/Commercial Diploma (MPC) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement or general administration within an international business environment
  • Fluent English (minimum C1)
  • MS Office skills
  • SAP
