Our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Schaffhausen, is currently looking for an HR Business Partner.

As the HR Business Partner for EMEA, you will be instrumental in driving end-to-end HR processes and lead HR projects during the post-acquisition integration. This role will be responsible for translating the HR-related needs of the Business into efficient HR solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with multiple leaders to ensure company initiatives are being demonstrated and driven through the organization

  • Help define and execute organizational change strategies and build HR processes from scratch

  • Deliver Onboarding and other HR trainings in the EMEA region

  • Act as both a business partner and internal coach to senior leaders and managers

  • Help evolve the company's culture, including driving employee engagement to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growth

  • Ensure key HR business systems, metrics and workforce analytics are in place to identify areas of concern and support the creation and execution of plans to address any gaps

  • Execute HR administrative tasks in a timely manner


Qualifications requested:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in Human Resources, MBA is desired.

  • At least 6 years of experience as a human resources business partner in a large commercial organization, previous experience in Pharma or Medical Devices is a plus, but not a must

  • At least 3 years' experience in an international environment and supporting diverse teams

  • Experience leading broad organizational development and HR initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience defining and leading change management programs

  • Proven ability to influence high-impact decisions, provide critical feedback, and lead difficult conversations

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze various data and make linkages across complex organizational or business concepts, strategy, structure and processes

  • Advanced know-how in Russian or Italian labor law is an advantage

  • Hands-on and can-do mentality required

  • Fluency in Italian or Russian, and English, verbally and in writing is a must

  • Previous HR experience in M&A is a strong asset
