Are you ready to develop your HR expertise in a fast-paced and exciting multinational environment?

For a temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an: 

HR Specialist (100%) - Long term temporary assignment

Date of entry: immediate

Location: Lausanne with regular trips to Neuchâtel (one day per week)

The People & Culture (HR) Operations Specialist performs P&C transactional and administrative tasks at local level which cannot be covered by the shared service center due to legal requirements and which requires a face to face contact.

You will ensure that all administrative aspects of the delivery of different products and services are done in a complete and compliant way and are aligned to the local legislation and the internal Record & Information Management Policy (RIM).

More in particular you will:

- Follow-up on requests from employees and efficiently look for solutions

- Collect and handle P&C documents and information with candidates and employees

- Continuously review existing documents and processes in order to adapt them and to identify room for improvements; also propose and initiate corrections and change where appropriate

- Enhance administrative flows efficiency

- Handle Time Management related activities, such as work authorizations, work schedule creation and preparation of reports for P&C Managers

- Keep supporting documents (cover letters, hand-outs, forms, internal practices) up-to-date and available for all team members

- Perform electronic and physical filing and archiving

- Create purchase orders, process invoices

- Provide ad-hoc support to other team members (Payroll, Benefits) when needed

- Provide ad-hoc support for the organization of the monthly Welcome Day for PMI Operations Center newcomers

- Organize trainings in collaboration with our Shared Service Center

qualification

- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar position

- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Excellent command of English and French (written/spoken); German is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, customer orientation

- Very good and organizational and planning skills
