Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Philip Morris International / Philip Morris SA, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a :

Project Management Assistant
for a temporary long-term assignment at 100%
Start date: as soon as possible

Specifically you will:

  • Implement and maintain high level management files for RRP equipment installation and financials to share with Sr Management.
  • Prepare monthly RRP Projects summary report. Prepare the necessary and relevant presentations to keep management informed.
  • Act as PMIE Functional Administrator for PMIE population RRP training.
  • Plan, organize and participate in the weekly conference calls with affiliates.
  • Plan, organize and participate in the Project Governance and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Plan, organize and participate from time to time in the On-Site support visits.
  • Manage and improve the RRP Projects Execution Sharepoint. Act as ambassador to “promote” the collaboration space for the RRP stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve RRP Project Management templates. Especially, a new Excel file to prepare RRP Projects 650’s.


  • University degree (Engineering)
  • Few years experience in Project management
  • Fluent English
  • Superior MS Office skills. MS Project knowledge is a plus
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good Communication skills
