The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the project team with analytics as well as coordinating specific project tasks on time and on quality within the project team: Ex: artworks, master data. The scope covers OTC and Non-OTC projects categories across EMEA. This role will interact daily with many cross-functional teams from different countries and cultures.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the team overall project execution and accountable for performing his/her tasks on time and on quality. This includes:

  • Artworks Brief and coordination
  • Project planning in Excel or MS project
  • Performing analysis and ad hoc reports
  • Follow up with cross functional teams on specific tasks
  • Coordinating assigned activities to ensure project remains on track
  • Communicating status of projects with middle management
  • Prepare and submit project reports, executive summaries, and presentations for the management


Who we are looking for:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing/Operations, or appropriate related field education
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decision making
  • Strong communicator with the ability to drive decision making concisely across the different levels of the organization
  • Experienced user of MS Office, especially strong Excel capabilities are required
  • A dynamic and self-driven personality, willing to go the extra mile even in periods of high workload
  • Strong written and spoken English
